Modern technology has delayed and at the same time which assist in extending the feedback cycles which required for powerful collaboration (Guffey and Loewy, 2012). They have to rely on the body language along with the real-time reactions and professionals which helps in doing proper learning so that they communicate out of sync with their peer or with their customers. Further, they can use the formal language to the distance from the difficult conversations. At the same time, it assists in improving productivity in the effective and efficient manner. Team members could ask for a variety so that they can make actions from the distinctive managers which help in ranging from in making the changes and by that they can raise the productivity and profitability. There are several causes of business communication which includes unclear roles and responsibilities. In this mangers as well as leader does not have any clear roles and responsibilities which create an issues in attaining success. Along with this they have to put more efforts for improving that. They have to make appropriate improvements which help in reaping targets. They are having undefined authorities as well as processes for making the effective decision (Chen, Chiang and Storey, 2012). They have to use appropriate strategy, investment and operational change so that they can make effective decisions. They have to define the government bodies as well as mechanisms for making decision making authorities with the business operations and also managing business activities. In addition to this poorly designed business processes. They have to use appropriate system and process for making the effective decision and this decision is better for business entity. Poor designed organisational culture in which they have to make appropriate and relevant designs for the powerful people in business entity. They have to make proper functional teams as well as they have to make designs for organisation to make teams to do work well in an effective manner. They have to make inadequate alignment among different people. The managers are the authorities who ha the power and the ability of aligning the workforce around the distinct projects, change initiatives as well as business endeavour where multiple people are affected is a soft business skill. There are different problem and issues which are faced by Tarocash while carrying out the professional communication and they are: failure or resistance to listen, locations or distance to workplace, cultural and regional differences, attitude and ego, authority or hierarchy issues, unprofessionally written communication, partiality on gender basis, focus or listening problems, knowledge or skills as well as friendships (Zikmund and et al, 2013). Failure or resistance to listen is an inability to listen which is a huge problem. The co-workers have to interrupt the speakers as well as planning instead of effective listening. For instance there are some other types of distractions such as when team mates roll their eyes at comments or just discount their employees workplace; and still others just forget to pay attention, they are too distracted or have a short attention span. Locate or distance to office in which staff members can do the effective conversation by using email, memo etc. It is also a huge barrier. In addition to this is a cultural difference in this diverse backgrounds and cultural customs are included and it is a team communication issues. Another is attitude and ego in this they can refuse so that they can admit to be the problem in these conflicts can arise because of inequity (Belonwu. 2013). Authority or hierarchy issues as a employee may feel hesitant while approaching and interacting with their seniors. Someone may be quietly fuming about all the problems and never bring-up the subject. Challenges and Opportunities As per the survey carried out, writing has to be considered as a universal professional skill within each and every industry and Tarocash has also been spending huge amounts in providing training to the employees and developing a professional communication process. Hence hiring workforce with good writing abilities will save the additional expenses which were spent on the training sessions (Shaw and Barry, 2015). A set of good verbal communication aids in conveying the messages of the business corporations very clearly and efficiently. Moreover professionally carried out business communication aids the business organizations in developing the connections globally and which will also enhance and build the consumer base for the business corporations. This can also be considered as one of the vital opportunity. Also an effective communication among the employees and the managers of the entity will greatly enhance working speed which will enable the organization to bring an increase in t he productivity of the corporation (Grunig, 2013). Apart from these opportunities there are some challenges which are to be faced by this process. The most important component of the communication process is listening and this task has to be considered as very difficult for managers as they are held responsible for developing this skill in the employees (Freihat and Al-Machzoomi, 2012). Due to the ingrained pressures of maintaining and developing success in the business, the managers of Tarocash may not be time to sit and listen to the basic requirements and the issues of the workforce and the customers. And without truly taking and listening to problems and needs there is no way to find the solutions to the problems of the employees and the clients. It has become very much helpful and easy for the business corporations to depend heavily upon technology for communication purposes. For instance Email, voice mail, video conferencing and Intranet messaging are to be considered as the c ontemporary means of communication tools and they are quite effective for the quick transfer of relevant, direct information (Heath and Bryant, 2013). But then also relying upon this tools and mechanisms for communicating emotionally can lead to drama and dissent in the workplace. For instance Tarocash may find that carrying out the process of communication by making use of contemporary means of technology is time saving, energy, and money, but in case of face-to-face communication, especially when there is involvement of emotion, then there will be an establishment of a much better channel of communication. By making use of tone, postures, facial expression and eye contact the messages can be effectively transmitted as compared to the use of technology (Ulrich and Sarasin, 2012). These are some of the challenges which are to be faced by the business corporations in the process of professional business communication. Conclusion From the above carried out analysis it can be inferred that carrying an efficient and effective process of professional business communication is a vital task and also considered as very much significant for each and every business organization. The above presented essay has been analysed on the issues faced by the professional business communication within the workplace. As this process is very vital so the corporations need to develop some sought of solutions on the above mentioned issues.
